At O'Connor's Outdoor Living, LLC, we believe quality plant material, proper installation, and professional care are the foundation of a healthy and long-lasting landscape. Because of this, we proudly stand behind the plants we install with one of the strongest plant warranty programs available.

Many trees, shrubs, perennials, and ground covers installed by O'Connor's Outdoor Living, LLC may qualify for our lifetime plant warranty when the landscape is properly maintained. To remain eligible, the property must have an approved irrigation system and an active full landscape maintenance agreement in good standing with O'Connor's Outdoor Living, LLC. Proper watering, pruning, fertilization, and seasonal care are essential for plant health, and our maintenance services help ensure your landscape continues to thrive for years to come.

Annual flowers and seasonal plantings typically carry a one-season or one-year warranty, as these plants are naturally intended for seasonal color and display rather than long-term growth.

Most trees, shrubs, perennials, and ground covers are selected for their durability and long-term performance in the landscape. When installed and maintained by O'Connor's Outdoor Living, LLC, many of these plants will qualify for our lifetime warranty program, providing added confidence in the longevity of your landscape.

Our plant warranty is designed to support healthy plant establishment under normal growing conditions. The warranty does not cover damage or plant loss caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Extreme weather or acts of nature
   
• Vandalism or physical damage
   
• Insect infestations or rodent damage
   
• Animal browsing or wildlife activity
   
• Lack of proper irrigation or irrigation system failure
   
• Changes in site conditions, soil conditions, or drainage
   
• Damage caused by third parties or other contractors
   

O'Connor's Outdoor Living, LLC reserves the right to inspect plant material and determine the appropriate remedy (Accept / Deny) in the event of a warranty claim.
