As an approved Qualified Entity (QE), O'Connor's utilizes Oregon's ORCHARDS background check system for applicable employees and positions.
ORCHARDS is the Oregon Criminal History and Abuse Records Data System used by the Oregon Department of Human Services and Oregon Health Authority Background Check Unit to process background checks and fitness determinations.
An Added Level of Confidence
When required or appropriate for the work being performed, O'Connor's can assign personnel who have completed the applicable background check and received the required fitness determination.
This provides our customers with an additional level of confidence when O'Connor's personnel are working in sensitive or controlled environments.
